Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us.

• Requests for information. When you send the request form on the Home or Contact page, we receive your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to fill in: company or agency, phone or WhatsApp number, how you would use a craft, where you would operate it, which brochure you would like, and your message.
• Job applications. When you apply on the Employment page, we receive your name, email address, phone number, your note to us, and your resume if you attach one.
• Email and phone calls. If you contact us directly, we have whatever you send or tell us.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels, and this site does not set cookies for visitors. Like every website, our hosting company keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time), which are used to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

• To answer your request, send the brochure you asked for, prepare a quote, and follow up about your project.
• To consider your job application and contact you about it.
• To keep records of our conversations with customers, as any business does.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with marketers, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept

Requests sent through the website are emailed to us, and a copy is kept in the private admin area of this website so that nothing is lost if an email goes astray. Job applications are emailed to us; an attached resume is deleted from the web server as soon as the email is sent. Your information is held by the companies that host our website and our email, which act only as our service providers. We keep customer correspondence for as long as it is useful for serving you, and we will delete it when you ask.

Other sites

Some pages show videos from YouTube. They use YouTube’s privacy enhanced mode, so YouTube does not set cookies until you press play. Links to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and our kit store take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us and we will answer within 30 days.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (https), and only we can see the requests stored on it.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
