Explorer 24 ground deployment trailer
The craft flies onto the trailer.
Our galvanized ground deployment trailer lets the Explorer 24 fly onto the trailer from the ground, so you do not need a ramp that reaches deep water. It earns its keep in three common situations:
- Low tide at a boat launch, when the water has pulled back and the ramp ends in mud
- Icy ramps, where launching or retrieving a boat is slow and risky
- Gravel bars, a common launch spot in Alaska, where there is no ramp at all
The Explorer 24 folds down to 8.5 feet wide for the road.

Surveyor 16 fly on/off trailer

Need an easy way to get a Surveyor 16 or Vanguard hovercraft to and from the water? Our fly on/off trailer lets one person load and unload in almost any launch spot. A frozen launch area is perfect, and you can launch where no ramp or facilities exist, away from the crowds.
The deck swivels and tilts to 85°, the sides fold down, and two hand crank winches handle the tilt and the craft. The hovercraft flies on and off at just above an idle.
Tough and light, the trailer has a welded box steel frame, hot dipped galvanized, and a pressure treated tongue and groove plywood deck for a long service life, saltwater use included. It weighs only 860 lb, so it needs no trailer brakes.
