General manufacturing and assembly.

Amphibious Marine builds hovercraft for clients around the world. You would work on every part of building one, and pick up manufacturing skills that are hard to find anywhere else. Located between Olympia and Shelton, Washington. Full or part time.

The work

  • Infusing composite parts
  • Fabricating metal parts
  • Assembling and installing 12 volt wiring
  • Installing diesel engines and marine electronics
  • Running the CNC router
  • Hot air fabric welding
  • Sewing and other boat building tasks

You bring

  • Shop experience and basic math skills
  • Attention to detail and good mechanical aptitude
  • The physical ability to fabricate, assemble and lift parts through the day
  • Questions, a willingness to take direction, and a balance of quality and productivity
