Why buy from us? We have over twenty years of experience with hovercraft and a manufacturing engineer on staff, highly skilled fabricators of composites, welded assembles and machining capabilities. The owner an engineer started with sets of plans, probably like you are doing. He soon found that some tasks the home builder can do well and cheaply, while other tasks are very complicated and time consuming for a one-time build. For example, building a skirt for the Vanguard from drawings. There are literally hundreds of linear and radial dimensions necessary to lay out the pattern of the skirt. We have made hard patterns that allow us to cut the pieces out in a matter of hours to exacting dimensions. The tailoring skills necessary to efficiently glue and fit quality seams isn’t developed with making even one skirt, but after years of experience. Rudders are now a highly developed product with performance superior to any rudder that could be made for a one-time build. However, this required thousands of dollars of tooling and labor to put in place. The first duct we built took over four months and tens of thousands of dollars. The procedure is now a straight forward, repeatable operation, with results that are impossible for the one-time builder. The same with hulls, decks, and skirts.

It is our goal to offer the cheapest shipping rates possible; i.e. we get quotes from four different companies and will bill you the cheapest.
